Per Approval by the Commander:
NEWSLETTERS are published as soon after the Monthly Calendar Meeting as possible.
While Calendar Meetings are designed to discuss the following month activities, there are always a salvo of changes
( dates, prices, menus, venues, entertainment etc..) for the current month.
It is not cost effective to print a reem of paper on the first of the month, only to have a Calendar Meeting a day or two later - that for all intensive purposes - VOIDs the newsletter and it's time to print again!
So We Delay Printing - In an attempt to get the hard copy as close to accurate as possible.
( I only Print Once)
That being said . . . You can print the NEWSLETTER from the website, any time You wish.
News Letters After Aug 2007, are "Living Documents" . . . . Which means they can be updated as Required.
Usually changes are simple and cosmetic. If You print and or save a Newsletter, be aware that the document you read in the first week of the month, may not be the same document at the end of the Month.
